Anhydrous sodium sulfite for film development
1. D-76 developer formula: (example)
Warm water (52 degrees Celsius = 125.6 degrees Fahrenheit)...750 ml
Mittal.......................................2 grams
Sodium sulfite anhydrous……………………100g
Guinny.......................................5 grams
Borax………………………………2g
Add cold water to …………………………1000ml
Preparation requirements: The drugs are dissolved in this order. After the previous drug is completely dissolved, add the next one.
D-76's preparation tips: Before adding mitulin, you can put 3~5g anhydrous sodium sulfite first to protect mitulin from oxidation during the dissolution process.
2. Used as reducing agent and sulfonating agent in chemical industry;
3. Dechlorinating agent and bleaching agent in printing and dyeing industry;
4. Stabilizer for chemical fiber, etc.
What is the use of anhydrous sodium sulfite?
Anhydrous sodium sulfite is a stabilizer for man-made fibers, fabric bleaching agent, photographic developer, deoxidizing agent for dyeing and bleaching industry, perfume and dye reducing agent, oxygen inhibitor for tanning industry and lignin removing agent for paper industry, and the pharmaceutical industry is used to produce Naijin, Angibilin, sodium aminosalicylate and other products are used as reducing agents.
Anhydrous sodium sulfite is used as a reducing agent in the production of dehydrated vegetables in the food industry to prevent the deterioration and yellowing of green pigments in vegetables. The reducing agent is used to determine antimony, magnesium, copper, zinc, and phosphorus.
